其將設立三大方向:運動能力測試、身體成份分析、個人運動背景評估。
體能測試: 心肺耐力、肌耐力、爆發力、速度及力量
技術測試: 技擊、投摔、站立關節技及站立窒息鎖
身體成份分析: 主要十組身體成份分析:體脂率、肌肉量、 內脂、肌肉質素、基礎代謝率等。

Sports Counselling Service is suitable for those who are new to starting or changing their exercise patterns. Analyse personal exercise habits, posture and physique through professional coaches, test students’ abilities and physical exercise levels, and suggest personal training and sports nutrition formulas to achieve goals in a more targeted manner.
It will set up three major directions: sports ability test, body composition analysis, and personal sports background assessment.
Physical fitness test: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, explosive power, speed and strength
technical test: martial arts, throwing, standing joint skills and standing suffocation
Body composition analysis: analysis of the main ten groups of body composition: body fat percentage, muscle mass, inner fat, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, etc.
