為期8星期的增肌課程,主力鍛練腹部及手臂肌肉,透過一系列結合負重訓 練的搏擊動作、自身阻力訓練及循環訓練等,並配合運動科學數據、運動心 理、飲食營養跟進。適合對自身體能要求高的人士。

The 8-week muscle-building course focuses on exercising abdominal and arm muscles through a series of combat exercises combined with weight training, self-resistance training and circuit training, etc., and is followed up with sports science data, sports psychology, and diet and nutrition. Suitable for people who have high demands on their physical fitness.
