MUAY THAI 泰拳班

目標: 強身健體/技術訓練/修身
類別: 搏擊技課堂

Muay Thai 又稱為「八擘拳」,當中包含拳法、腳法、肘擊、膝撞 及纏技訓練。

學員透過訓練後可以提升自身的協調能力、心肺耐力、肌肉耐力和 爆發力,學習技術之餘亦能達致健體效果。

本課程適合不同程度的學員。

Muay Thai is also known as “the art of 8 limbs”, which include boxing, kicking, elbow and knee striking.

After training, member can improve their coordination ability, caradiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance and explosive power.; Apart from learning techniques, they can also achieve fitness effects.

This course is suitable for students of different levels.

學員所需用品:

Required equipments:

*12-16oz拳套(必需)-
為雙手提供基本保護

手帶、牙膠、護陰 (建議) –
對打訓練時用

*12-16oz Boxing Gloves(necessary)
-provide a basic protection for your fists

Hand wraps, Mouthguard & Groin Guard (recommended)
-for sparring training

*護腳墊(必需) –
為雙腿提供基本保護

護腳踝(建議)-
預防足踝扭傷

*Shinpads(necessary)
-provide a basic protection for your skins

Ankle guard (recommended)

-avoid ankle sprain

*提供租用服務

*Provide rental service
