Muay Thai is also known as “the art of 8 limbs”, which include boxing, kicking, elbow and knee striking.
After training, member can improve their coordination ability, caradiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance and explosive power.; Apart from learning techniques, they can also achieve fitness effects.
This course is suitable for students of different levels.
