每堂30分鐘,利用combat master box再配合不同健身器材進行阻力訓練,從 而達到練習效果。
訓練內容分三大類別:心肺訓練、重量訓練及平衡力訓練。
訓練肌肉包括:胸肌、背肌、四頭肌、臂大肌及核心肌群。
課程動作簡單易上手,學員可以在課堂中先掌握要領,在家中或辦公室中都 可以自行加強練習。亦可課前先進行運動咨詢,配搭適合的訓練課程及營養 師指導飲食,以達致增肌及瘦身效果。

Each class lasts 30 minutes, using the combat master box and different kinds of fitness equipment for resistance training, so as to achieve the effect of practice.
The training content is divided into three categories: cardiopulmonary training, weight training and balance training.
Muscles trained include: chest, back, quadriceps, brachialis and core.
The movements of the course are simple and easy to do. Members can learn some basic skills in the classroom, and they can strengthen their own practice at home or in the office. You can also conduct sports consultation service before class to set a suitable training program and dietitian guidance diet as to achieve the goal of muscle gain and weight loss.
